Dear Sir,

 

We draw your kind attention that we the students of your college feel the dire need to set up an English Language Club in our college. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot do without it for a single day. But our present examination system of English helps only to develop our reading and writing skills. It does not help us to improve our overall proficiency in English. As a result, we are lagging behind. So, we feel an enormous necessity to have an English Language Club in our college.

 

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take steps for setting up a language club in our college.
