The aim of education is to make a man fully fit for himself and the society. It means to develop the whole man who consists of body, mind and soul. It is education which aims at providing a child with opportunities so that it can bring to light its all latent qualities. An educated man should be gentle, thoughtful, creative, kind, respectful, sympathetic and co-operative. If education offers no spiritual beauty, it has no value.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: শিক্ষার উদ্দেশ্য একজন মানুষকে তার নিজের এবং সমাজের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ উপযোগী করে গড়ে তোলা । এটি শরীর, মন ও আত্মা দ্বারা গঠিত একজন পরিপূর্ণ মানুষের উন্নয়নকে বোঝায়। এটিই শিক্ষা, যা শিশুদের সুযোগ প্রদান করে যেন সে তার সুপ্ত সকল গুণকে আলোকিত করতে পারে। একজন শিক্ষিত মানুষের ভদ্র, ভাবুক, সৃষ্টিশীল, দয়ালু, শ্রদ্ধাশীল, সহানুভূতিশীল এবং সহযোগী হওয়া উচিত। শিক্ষা যদি আত্মিক সৌন্দর্য সৃষ্টি করতে না পারে তবে তার কোনো মূল্য নেই ।
